摘要
针对综采工作面顶板破碎、稳定性差的问题,提出了工作面顶板控制技术,提出在综采工作面冒顶区煤壁前方开巷道进行顶板加固、马丽散化学注浆剂加固、罗克休泡沫充填三者相结合的顶板控制技术方案并进行研究,最后在小纪汗11217综采工作面进行现场应用。结果表明,该技术创新方案有效地控制了综采工作面的顶板,工作面围岩稳定性增强,实现了综采工作面的安全、高效回采。
Aiming at the poor stability of broken roof in fully mechanized mining face,a new roof control technology is put forward.A new roadway is built in front of the coal wall in the roof falling area of the mining face,where the comprehensive roof control scheme including roof strengthening,Marithan grouting reinforcement and Rocsil foam filling ie carried out.The technology was applied in 11217 fully mechanized mining face of Xiaojihan Coal Mine,and the results show that the roof was controlled,and the stability of the working face surrounding rock enhanced,realizing the safe and efficient recovery of the fully mechanized mining face.
