摘要
针对特厚软煤赋存特征,以永陇矿区园子沟矿井为工程背景,确定了合理工作面参数、工艺及装备,优化设计了"整体顶梁带铰接前梁+伸缩梁+二级护帮"的四柱支撑掩护式强力放顶煤液压支架,有效改善了煤壁和端部顶煤的支护效果,通过支架支护质量综合监测保障系统提高了支护的系统的适应性。确定了采煤机、前后部刮板输送机技术参数,设计了智能喷雾降尘系统,实现了特厚软煤综放工作面的安全高效生产。
According to the occurrence conditions of extra-thick soft coal, the reasonable working face parameters,technology and equipment are determined by numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The results show that the high-cutting fully mechanized caving is effective to achieve high yield and efficiency in the extra-thick soft coal seam,and the reasonable selection and matching of complete equipment are the basis for the full mechanized caving efficiency. The four pillar support shield type strong caving coal hydraulic support with hinged front beam + expansion beam + secondary support is designed and optimized,which obviously improve the support effect of coal wall and end top coal,and the adaptability of the support system is enhanced through the comprehensive monitoring and guarantee system of support quality. The technical parameters of shearer, front and rear scraper conveyor are determined, and the intelligent spray dust control system is designed,which realizes the safe and efficient production of the extra-thick soft coal fully mechanized top-coal caving face.
