不同密度细粒煤泥掺配粗粒煤浮选研究

Flotation of coarse coal mixed with fine coal slime of different density

为了研究不同密度细粒煤泥对粗粒煤泥浮选的影响,将细粒煤泥以不同比例与粗粒煤泥掺配成浮选入料进行浮选试验,比较了不同浮选入料的浮选效果和最佳药剂量。结果显示,中密度、高密度细粒煤泥都会使浮选药剂耗量增加,在相同掺入比例条件下,高密度细粒煤泥相比,中密度细粒煤泥的掺入使浮选药剂量增加更多。随着浮选药剂量的增加,掺入中密度细粒煤泥后浮选精煤灰分基本保持不变,通过改变浮选药剂量的方式获取低灰精煤较为困难。

In order to study the influence of fine coal slime with different densities on the flotation of coarse slime,the flotation test is carried out by mixing fine slime with coarse slime in different proportions to form flotation feed.The flotation effect of different flotation feeds and the optimal dosage are studied.The results show that medium-density and high-density fine slime will increase the consumption of flotation reagents.Under the same mixing ratio,compared with high-density fine slime,the medium-density fine slime increases the dosage of flotation agent more.With the increasing dosage of flotation agent,the ash content of flotation concentrate after mixing with medium-density fine coal slime basically remains unchanged,and it is difficult to obtain low-ash concentrate by changing the dosage of the flotation agent.
