内部治理机制视角下专业合作社对农户增收的影响研究

Impact of Specialized Cooperatives on Farmers’Income Growth from the Perspective of Internal Governance Mechanisms

从内部治理视角论证农民专业合作社对农户增收的影响,并利用江苏南京、苏州和连云港三地76家合作社、340户入社农户的微观调研数据,构建多元线性回归模型进行实证检验。结果表明:不同内部治理机制下合作社对农户增收的影响不同,理事会中核心成员比例、让普通社员参与重大问题决策、管理人员有报酬、按交易额(或量)分配盈余、公开财务报表,对农户增收有显著的正向作用;理事会成员持股比例越高,监事会提意见的次数越多,则越不利于农户增收;加入农户和合作社特征变量后,户主的受教育程度、在合作社中的职位以及第一大股东持股比例均显著正向影响农户增收,家庭人口数则呈显著的负向影响关系。因此,要优化合作社理事会结构,制定合理的激励措施,强化合作社内外监管,加大对社员的教育培训力度,以实现农户持续增收。

From the perspective of internal governance,the paper demonstrated the impact of farmers’specialized cooperatives on farmers’income,and with the micro survey data of 76 cooperatives and 340 house⁃holds in Nanjing,Suzhou and Lianyungang,Jiangsu Province,constructed a multiple linear regression model for an empirical test.The results showed that cooperatives with different internal governance mechanisms had different effects on the increase of farmers’income.The proportion of core members in the council,the partici⁃pation of ordinary members in decision-making on major issues,the remunerations of managers,the distribu⁃tion of earnings according to the trading volume,and the disclosure of financial statements have significant pos⁃itive effects.The higher the shareholding ratio of the board members is,the more opinions the board of supervi⁃sors has,the more unfavorable it is to the increase of farmers’income.After taking into account the characteris⁃tic variables of farmers and cooperatives,the education level of the household head,position in the coopera⁃tives and the shareholding ratio of the largest shareholder all have a significant positive impact on the income of farmers,while the number of households has a significant negative impact.Therefore,in order to realize the sustainable income increase of farmers,it is necessary to optimize the structure of the cooperative council,for⁃mulate reasonable incentive measures,strengthen the internal and external supervision of cooperatives,and in⁃crease members’education and training.
