清炎合剂的定性鉴别研究

Study on Qualitative Identification of Qingyan Mixture

目的:建立清炎合剂的定性鉴别方法。方法:利用薄层色谱法对制剂中的连翘苷、黄芩苷、芍药苷进行鉴别试验。结果:薄层色谱特征斑点清晰,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰。结论:所建立的方法简便可靠,成分鉴别明显,可用于清炎合剂的定性鉴别。

Objective To establish the qualitative identification method of Qingyan mixture.Method The identification of phillyrin,baicalin and paeoniflorin in the preparation was studied by TLC(Thin layer chromatography).Results TLC features clear spots,strong specificity.There exists little interference in the negative control.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and can be used for the qualitative identification of Qingyan mixture.
