柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Effect of ChaiHu Shu Gan Powder Combined with Western Medicine on Functional Dyspepsia of Disharmony of Liver and Stomach

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将126例肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例。对照组予以西药莫沙必利和米曲菌胰酶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用中药柴胡疏肝散,两组均连续用药4周,治疗结束后观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组临床总有效率90.48%,显著高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05);两组临床症状总评分均显著下降,且观察组临床症状总评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良的疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ChaiHuShuGan powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with disharmony of liver and stomach.Methods 126 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine mosapride and pancreatin tablet of mitroyce.The observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks continuously.After the treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results After drug treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.19%)(P<0.05);the total clinical symptom score of the two groups was significantly lower,and the total clinical symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of ChaiHuShuGan powder combined with western medicine on functional dyspepsia of disharmony of liver and stomach is significant,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
