结果枝留叶量对‘巨玫瑰’葡萄果实品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 葡萄生产中,产量过高和结果枝留叶片较少可直接导致葡萄果实的品质降低。为了探索不同结果枝留叶量对葡萄果实品质的影响,本文以‘巨玫瑰’为试材,设置10片、15片和20片三个结果枝留叶量处理,并对不同发育时期的果实品质进行检测。结果表明,不同留叶量对成熟期果实的可滴定酸含量影响不大;10片留叶量会降低粒质量和可溶性固形物含量,导致果粒小且含糖量低;20片留叶量不利于果实着色和可溶性固形物积累;15片留叶量有助于葡萄着色和品质提升,是‘巨玫瑰’葡萄在果实生长发育期较适宜的结果枝留叶量。 The higher yield and lower leaf number of bearing branch lead to decline of berry quality in grape production.In order to study the effect of leaf amount of bearing branch on the quality of'Jumeigui'grape,three treatments of leaf amount were set up and the quality of grape at different development stages were detected.The results showed that the content of titratable acid in ripening fruit was not affected by the amount of remaining leaves.10 remaining leaves treatment decreased the weight of berry and the content of soluble solids,resulting in small fruit and low sugar content.20 remaining leaves treatment would affect the berry coloring and the accumulation of soluble solids.15 remaining leaves treatment was conducive to grape coloring and quality improvement,which was the suitable remaining leaves number of bearing branches during fruit growth and development period for'Jumeigui'grape.
