该型水分离器位于飞机环控系统制冷子系统,一般安装在涡轮冷却器出口处,其功用是排除涡轮冷却器出口空气中含有的雾状水汽。通过水分离器的结构,对含水汽的空气进行分离,分离出水汽的空气流入位于涡轮冷却器后方的环控系统管路,保证进入座舱和设备舱的空气含湿量满足技术要求。本文将从该型水分离器的主要结构、工作原理和分水效率低的故障形式等方面进行分析。
This type of water separator is located in the refrigeration subsystem of the aircraft environment system,and is generally installed at the outlet of the turbine cooler.Its function is to exclude the misty water vapor contained in the air of the turbine cooler outlet.Through the structure of the water separator,the air containing water vapor is separated,and the air separated from the water vapor flows into the pipeline of the environmental control system located behind the turbine cooler to ensure that moisture content of the air entering the cabin and equipment compartment meets the technical requirements.This article will analyze the main structure,working principle and fault form of low water separation efficiency of this type of water separator.
