摘要
针对带导轨的工业机器人的轨迹类程序的编程调试,介绍了基于RobotStudio软件的带导轨工业机器人离线编程的通用方法。利用软件中自动路径的功能以及导轨的相关设定,通过实验验证了该方法的合理性。该方法可以推广到焊接等工业机器人轨迹类应用中,提高编程调试工作的效率。
Aiming at the programming and debugging of trajectory programs of industrial robots with guide rails,a general method for offline programming of industrial robots with guide rails based on RobotStudio software is introduced.Using the function of automatic path in the software and the related setting of the guide rail,the rationality of the method is verified through experiments.This method can be extended to applications such as welding and other industrial robot trajectories to improve the efficiency of programming and debugging.
