摘要
天线罩透波率是反映天线罩技术特性的重要参数,作为天线罩电参数测量结果中的一项重要指标。为表征测量结果的可靠性和规范性,对其不确定度进行分析研究。本文以GUM法为基础,对测量过程中影响天线罩透波率的重要因素进行分析,确定其不确定度来源。利用A类评估方法及B类评估方法,对各不确定度分量进行评估,并计算得到合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。
The transmission efficiency is an important parameter reflecting the technical characteristics of radome.Compacted with the measurement results of all electrical parameters of the radome,the transmission efficiency is regarded as an important indicator.In order to represent the reliability and standardization of measurement results,the research of uncertainty is required.The important factors influencing the transmission efficiency of radome in the process of measurement were analyzed based on the GUM method,and the source of the uncertainty was confirmed.Each uncertainty component was evaluated by type A or B evaluation method.Finally,the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were obtained.
