摘要
在车载空调中,电机对空调系统起着决定性作用。电机作为一个能量转换机械装置,其能量转换效率的大小直接影响能源消耗多少。在电机长时间的工作运转下,电机会产生大量的热量,从而使电机的工作效率降低。本文就电机的发热与冷却情况进行了分析,并对电机热负荷进行了计算。为提高电机工作效率、优化车载空调性能、节约能源提供了理论依据。
The invention of electric machine has made a qualitative leap in the way of human production and production efficiency.Motor plays a decisive role in vehicle air conditioning system.As an energy conversion mechanism,the energy conversion efficiency of motor directly affects the amount of energy consumption.In the long-term operation of the motor,the motor will generate a lot of heat,thus reducing the efficiency of the motor.This paper analyses the different physical properties and parameters of the motor,and calculates its heat load.It provides a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of motor,optimizing the performance of on-board air conditioning and saving the energy.
