李波:扶贫攻坚的“优秀第一书记”

Li Bo:“Excellent First Secretary”in Poverty Alleviation

在平阴县洪范池镇小黄崖村,提起李波的名字,没有人不为他那强烈的事业心、高度的责任感和心系群众的为民情怀所折服。李波是济南市人防办派驻洪范池镇小黄崖村的第一书记,2017年4月份到村后,用了不到一年的时间,便实现了贫困村贫困户全部脱贫的目标任务。小黄崖村为省定贫困村,地理位置偏远,四面环山,交通不便。全村204户697人,贫困户28户44人。多数贫困户年老体弱,没有劳动能力。村民收入来源以传统种植和外出打工为主,无集体经济收入,也无支柱型产业。该村气候干旱,多风少雨,缺水严重,村内基础条件薄弱,脱贫任务难度大。

Li Bo served as the Major Secretary of Xiaohuang Village,Hongfanchi Town dispatched there by the Office of Civil Air Defense of Jinan Municipality.After arriving at the village in April 2017,he sought industries and approaches,and founded Jinan Yongquan Agricultural Product Co.,Ltd.to collect special agricultural products like millet,apples and sweet potatoes from villagers and sell them on the markets in other areas.Less than a year later,he realized the goal of helping all poverty-stricken households in poor villages to get rid of poverty.In addition,Li Bo has done good deeds for the masses.In November 2019,at the end of his term,Li Bo was rated as the"Excellent Major Secretary"of Jjinan City by the Organization Department of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee.
