摘要
GPR43是一种短链脂肪酸受体,属于G蛋白偶联受体(G protein-coupled receptors,GPCR)家族。GPR43可以参与胃肠运动、脂代谢、胃肠肽的分泌、炎症反应、食欲调节、肌肉代谢等活动,从而进一步表明GPR43与肥胖、2型糖尿病、心血管疾病等代谢疾病的发生密切相关。本文总结了GPR43对心血管疾病常见危险因素的影响,并对今后GPR43作为一个重要的药物靶点的应用研究进行了展望。
GPR43 is a kind of short chain fatty acid receptor,belong to the G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR)family.According to relevant studies,GPR43 can be involved in gastrointestinal motility,lipid metabolism,secretion of gastrointestinal peptides,inflammatory reaction,appetite regulation,muscle metabolism and other activities,which further indicates that GPR43 is closely related to obesity,type 2 diabetes,cardiovascular disease and other metabolic diseases.This paper summarized the influence of GPR43 on common risk factors of cardiovascular disease,and prospected the application of GPR43 as an important drug target in the future.
