应用芳香疗法改善认知障碍

Application of aromatherapy to ameliorate cognitive impairment

芳香类植物应用于疾病治疗已有悠久的历史。芳香疗法借助其植物特性萃取精油,制成不同剂型达到治疗疾病、促进健康的目的,具有简单、无创、经济的特点。芳香疗法可部分改善认知障碍,并可作为改善认知障碍的辅助疗法,被先后应用于医学的基础研究、药物研发等转化项目中。本文就芳香疗法的研究进展进行阐述,并介绍了目前相关临床药物发展及芳香疗法应用于认知障碍潜在的作用机制,以期为芳香疗法应用于认知障碍的治疗提供理论依据和研发思路。

Aromatic plants have a long history in the treatment of diseases.Aromatherapy is simple,non-invasive and economical,which can be made into different dosage forms by extracting essential oil with its characteristics.Aromatherapy can partially improve cognitive impairment,and it can be used as an assistant therapy to improve cognitive impairment,which has been successively applied in basic research of medicine,drug development and other transformation projects.In this review,the research progress of aromatherapy was discussed,and the development of related clinical drugs and the potential mechanism of aromatherapy applied to cognitive disorders were introduced,in order to provide theoretical basis and research ideas for aromatherapy applied to cognitive disorders.
