高校生物化学教学实验室试剂管理浅析

Analysis of reagent management in Biochemical teaching laboratory in colleges and universities

近年来高校实验室事故频发,教育部相继出台了多项管理制度和检查通知。针对目前高校生物化学教学实验室试剂管理中存在的"讲起来重视,管起来轻视,放起来漠视"现象,以及购置随意性大、计划性差、搁置试剂多等问题,依据戴明环循环管理模式结合吉林大学管理实践,本文逐步探索出一套先评后申、减量增效;多措并举,提高安全意识与能力;多级联管、多元监督的试剂管理模式。通过对生物化学实验教学中的试剂采购、安全教育、全流程监管等进行介绍,以期为实践教学试剂管理提供参考。

In recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of laboratory accidents in colleges and universities,the Ministry of Education has successively issued a number of management systems and inspection notices.There are lots of problems in the management of reagents in colleges and universities.For example,staff in laboratories promises to attach importance to the reagent management,but they ignore it,and even display indifference to it in reality.Other problems such as random purchase,poor planning,and shelving more reagents are still prominent.Owing to these,a set of reagent management model has been introduced based on the Dai Minghuan management model and the management practice of Jilin University.In this model,appraisal is before application,which increases efficiency.In this model,multiple measures have been taken to improve safety awareness and ability.In this model,multi-level management and multiple supervision is applied.Through the introduction of reagent procurement,safety education and full-process supervision in biochemistry experimental teaching,it is expected to provide references for practical teaching of reagent management.
