炙甘草汤加减对冠心病心律失常临床症状及预后的影响

Effect of Zhigancao Decoction on Clinical Symptoms and Prognosis of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Arrhythmia

目的探讨炙甘草汤加减干预治疗模式对于冠心病心律失常患者的临床症状及预后效果的影响。方法将在医院2017年5月—2017年12月期间治疗的冠心病心律失常的86例患者采用随机双盲法进行分组。86例患者均接受常规性的治疗护理模式,观察组(43例)加炙甘草汤加减干预治疗模式。对两组患者的临床症状以及预后效果进行调查分析。结果两组在治疗前的各项指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组治疗后的临床有效率较对照组相比高,且观察组室性早搏、交界性早搏、中医证候积分以及BNP、APN及MMP-9等炎症因子水平较本组治疗前以及对照组患者相比均低,观察组的临床并发症总体发生率明显的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在常规治疗方法的基础上,再予以冠心病心律失常患者使用炙甘草汤加减治疗模式,能够有效缓解临床症状,且充分发挥炙甘草汤的益气活血化瘀的功效,取得更好的临床治疗效果,缓解病情,降低治疗护理后并发症发生率,且能够极大程度上提高患者的预后效果,在临床上应用于推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhigancao Decoction on clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease( CAD). Methods According to the random double blind method,86 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia treated in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2017 were divided into two groups. All the 86 patients received routine nursing care,and 43 patients in the observation group additionally received Zhigancao Decoction. The clinical symptoms and prognosis of the two groups were investigated and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in ventricular premature beats or borderline premature beats between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05),but there was no significant difference in ventricular premature beats between the two groups after treatment( P > 0. 05). The incidence of complications in the observation group( 6. 98%) was lower than that in the control group( 34. 88%)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing methods,Zhigancao Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,give full play to the effect of invigorating Qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis for patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia and can obtain better clinical treatment effect,alleviate the disease and reduce the incidence of complications after treatment and nursing.
