广作家具作为中国传统家具中重要的一个分支流派,诞生于明清时期,在特定的历史阶段,结合得天独厚的地域条件和文化背景,促成了广作家具的发展基础,形成了鲜明的美学风格。探究其发展的影响因素,从政治、经济、文化等社会环境和古人的审美意识、匠人的手工艺技术以及舶来文化对本土文化的冲击等方面入手,分析广作家具的设计特征和设计内涵,总结在后续的发展中延续广作的文化精神所面临的问题。

Cantonese-style furniture,as an important branch of Traditional Chinese furniture,was born in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The specific historical stage,combined with the unique geographical conditions and cultural background,has contributed to the foundation of its development,thus formed a distinct aesthetic style.To explore the influence factors of its development,this article starts with a social environment such as politics,economy,and culture,the ancient people’s aesthetic consciousness,artisans’handicraft technology,and the impact of exotic culture on local culture.Based on these,it analyzes the design characteristics and connotation of Cantonese-style furniture and summarizes the problems faced by the follow-up development of carrying on the Cantonese-style cultural spirit.
