脱锌对镀锌板力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对不同钢种、厚度、锌层质量的镀锌板脱锌前后的力学性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:脱锌会使基板的r值(塑性应变比)、n值(拉伸应变硬化指数)和断后伸长率升高,使屈服强度和抗拉强度略微降低。脱锌后n值、r值的变化幅度随着基板厚度的增加而减小,随着锌层质量的增大而增加。力学性能的改变对镀锌板实际使用中的成型性能影响不大。 The mechanical properties of galvanized sheet with different kinds of sheet,substrate thickness and galvanized coating mass before and after dezincification were compared and analyzed.The results show that after dezincification,the r value(plastic strain ratio),n value(tensile strain hardening exponent)and percentage elongation after fracture of the substrate increased,and the yield strength and tensile strength slightly reduced.After dezincification,the change range of n value and r value decrease with the increase of substrate thickness,and increase with the increase of galvanized coating mass.The change of mechanical properties has little effect on the formability of steel plate in actual use.
