摘要
研究了真空辅助树脂扩散成型工艺在顶破式端盖成型上的应用。采用有限元分析软件对端盖的正向承压能力和冲击力进行了仿真分析,并用3个成型端盖实物对模拟结果进行了试验验证。结果表明:端盖正向承压0.06 MPa而不受破坏,与仿真结果一致;端盖冲击力平均值为1135N,比仿真预测值低5.8%。
The application of vacuum assisted resin infusion molding in brusting-type canister cover molding was studied.The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the forward bearing capacity and impact force of the canister cover,and the simulation results were verified by three molded canister covers.The results show that the canister covers were under pressure of 0.06 MPa without damage,which was consistent with the simulation results.The average impact force of the canister covers was 1135 N,which was 5.8%lower than the simulation prediction value.
