摘要
某硫磺回收装置反应器仅使用2a(年),其盘管就发生了开裂。通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、断口分析、垢物分析等方法,对盘管开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:反应器盘管材料发生敏化,盘管内壁发生碱脆开裂,盘管外壁发生连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂,在3者的共同作用下盘管发生开裂。
When the reactor of a sulfur recovery unit was only used for 2 years,its coil tube cracked.The causes of coil tube cracking were analyzed by means of macro analysis,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,hardness test,fracture analysis and scale analysis.The results show that the material of reactor coil tube was sensitized.Alkali embrittlement cracking occurred on the inner wall of the coil tube,and stress corrosion of polythionic acid cracking occurred on the outer wall of the coil tube.Under the joint action of the three,the coil tube cracked.
