摘要 双能X射线运用R值拟合曲线识别算法,可将物质分为有机物、无机物和混合物.但R值拟合曲线拟合对于化合物识别存在缺陷,选取白云鄂博稀土矿物,利用基础的高、低能拟合曲线算法,实验验证了该方法的有效性,达到识别稀土矿的目的. The effective atomic number of a substance can be identified by dual-energy X-rays,which is widely used in the security industry.Dual-energy X-rays use R-value fitting curve recognition algorithm to classify substances into organic,inorganic and mixture.However,R-value curve fitting has defects in compound identification.Herein,rare earth minerals from Baiyunebo were selected,and the effectiveness of the method was verified by experiments with the basic high-low energy curve fitting algorithm.The good identification of rare earth minerals was achieved.
