四种分散剂对萤石和石英分散行为的影响 被引量:4

摘要 针对微细粒萤石和石英异相凝聚问题,采用沉降抽液法研究了4种分散剂对萤石、石英纯矿物及1∶1人工混合矿分散行为的影响.结果表明:4种分散剂对混合矿分散能力的强弱顺序为:六偏磷酸钠>碳酸钠>硅酸钠>氟硅酸钠.六偏磷酸钠主要通过空间位阻效应、碳酸钠主要通过降低表面电位值、硅酸钠通过降低萤石表面电位值以及H2SiO3分子的亲水性、氟硅酸钠主要通过H2SiO3分子的亲水性来实现微细粒萤石和石英的分散. Aiming at the problem of heterogeneous agglomeration of fine-grained fluorite and quartz,the effects of four dispersants on the dispersion behavior of fluorite,pure quartz minerals and 1∶1 artificial mixed ore were studied by using the sedimentation pumping method.The results show that the dispersing ability of the four dispersants for the mixed ore is as follows:sodium hexametaphosphate>sodium carbonate>sodium silicate>sodium fluorosilicate.Sodium hexametaphosphate realizes the dispersion of fine fluorite and quartz mainly through steric hindrance effect,and sodium carbonate does it mainly by reducing the surface potential;Sodium silicate realizes the dispersion through reducing the surface potential of fluorite and the hydrophilicity of H2SiO3 molecule,while sodium fluorosilicate achieves it mainly through the hydrophilicity of H2SiO3 molecule.
