特发性脊柱侧凸心肺运动试验的研究进展

Advances of cardiopulmonary exercise test for patients with idiopathic scoliosis

心肺运动试验(cardiopulmonary exercise test,CPET)是一种全面、客观的运动能力评价方法,是测量心肺运动耐力的“金标准”。CPET可以在强化运动中测量肺和心血管功能,监测生理指标的动态变化。近年来,随着对特发性脊柱侧凸认识的深入,CPET在特发性脊柱侧凸患者的应用逐渐引起人们的重视,其有助于早期发现脊柱侧凸患者心肺运动耐力降低的特征和原因,从而有针对性地进行康复治疗。主要综述CPET在特发性脊柱侧凸患者的应用和研究进展。

Cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET)is a comprehensive and objective evaluation method of exercise capacity,which is the"golden standard"measurement of cardiopulmonary endurance.CPET can evaluate pulmonary and cardiovascular function during intensive exercise and monitor the dynamic changes of physiological indicators.Currently,with the further understanding,the application of CPET in patients with idiopathic scoliosis has gradually arisen great attention.It helps to find the characteristics and causes of reduced cardiopulmonary exercise endurance in patients with scoliosis in the early stage,so as to carry out targeted rehabilitation treatment.This review aims to conclude the application and research progress of CPET in patients with idiopathic scoliosis.
