Case Study of Innovation Ecosystem Promoting Financial Performance of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

文章从创新生态系统的结构、特征、功能和作用路径着手,结合科大讯飞的案例,得出创新生态系统的有效运作,可以降低中小企业创新成本,快速促进中小企业创新成果产品化,提升中小企业要素配置效率,增加无形资产抵押能力,从而提高中小企业的财务绩效。中小企业应该积极融入创新生态系统中,加强创新生态系统中成员的联系,共同打造良性发展的创新生态系统。

Starting with the structure,characteristics,functions and functional route of innovation ecosystem,and combining the case of iFLYTEK,this paper concluded that the effective operation of innovation ecosystem can reduce the innovation cost of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),accelerate the innovations productization,improve the efficiency of factors allocation,and increase the mortgage ability of intangible asset,thus improve the financial performance of SMEs.SMEs should actively take part in the innovation ecosystem,strengthen the contacts with the members of the innovation ecosystem,so as to jointly build the well-developed innovation ecosystem.
