摘要
首先,对电力电子变压器功率阀塔系统原理进行介绍。然后,在输入电压为AC 10 kV、输出电压为DC 750 V的基础上,分析了功率阀塔结构设计需要满足绝缘配合要求,并结合绝缘配合要求进行了结构设计。最后,通过对功率阀塔进行工频耐压、雷电冲击电压试验分析,验证了其绝缘性能。
This paper first introduces the principle of the power valve tower system of PET.Then,on the basis of the input voltage of AC 10 kV and output voltage of DC 750 V,the structure design of the power valve tower needing to meet the requirements of insulation coordination is anallyzed.The structure is designed according to the requirement of insulation fit.Finally,the insulation performance of the power valve tower is verified by the power frequency voltage resistance,lightning impulse voltage test.
