摘要
针对超大型自航自升式海上风电安装船结构设计不可靠而导致出现安全问题,需进行精确的结构变形和应力分析。利用有限单元法对深水海上超大型风电安装平台结构在不同工况下的变形和应力状态进行分析,解析和计算表达出安装平台结构及其与起重基座、桩腿等重要受力结构的协调关系与变化情况。计算结果表明,安装平台在各个工况下的应力值均未超过材料的许用应力的限度,平台主体的主要力学特性均满足相关要求。
In view of the safety problems caused by the unreliable structural design of ultra-large self-elevation offshore wind power generation equipment installation ship,the accurate structural deformation and stress analysis is needed.FEMwas used to analyze the deformation and stress state of the structure of the ultra-wind power installation platform in deep-water offshore under different working conditions.Thecoordination relationship between the structure of the installation platform and the important structures such as the spud legs of the lifting basewas studied.The results showed that the stress of the installation platform under each working condition does not exceed the allowable stress,and the main mechanical properties of the platform satisfy relevant requirements.The proposed analysis method can provide support for the formation of relevant specifications to guide the design of the ultra-wind power generation equipment installation platform.
