摘要
针对某大型浮船坞调载系统中7号排水泵,曾经2次发生新安装排水泵运行中泵壳破裂的故障,通过分析原因,选择一体卧式潜水泵排水单元替代原长传动轴驱动的分离式水泵排水单元,使运行中发生泵壳破裂的故障得以消除,实现当浮船坞出现中拱中垂、扭曲变形、潮涌振动等复杂多变状况时,浮船坞调载系统皆能正常运行。
The reason of the pump casing of the no.7 drainage pump in the buoyancy regulating system of a large floating dock has been broken twice in the operation of newly installed drainage pump was analysed.Ahorizontal drainage pump unit was selected to replace the original long shaft drive separate drainage pump unit,so as to solve the problem of pump shell burst and rupture.So,dock buoyancy regulating system can work normally even in the complex conditions,such as thehog/sag deflection,distortion and wave-induced vibration.
