摘要
为提高高压水射流除锈生产效率,使用正交试验设计对不同射流参数加以分析,得到水射流除锈效率最高的参数组合:压力220 MPa、靶距30 mm、喷嘴直径0.4 mm。综合考虑电机功率消耗和除锈质量,对最佳参数进行优化设计,提出水射流多喷枪除锈优化方案。
In order to improve the production efficiency of high-pressure water jet rust removal,an orthogonal test design was used to analyze different jet parameters.The parameters with the highest water jet rust removal efficiency was obtained:pressure 220MPa,target distance 30mm,nozzle diameter 0.4mm.Consideringthe motor power consumption and derusting quality,the optimum parameters were optimized and the optimum scheme for the derusting ofthe multi-sprayhigh pressurewater-jet was proposed.
