摘要
针对修船表面室外喷涂作业产生的过量漆雾和有机废气,分析讨论一种收集罩的设计计算。采用理论分析的方法,分析漆雾粒子在修船表面的受力,考虑重力、抽吸力和流动阻力。依据最小水平加速度可确定最小吸气压力;依据漆雾捕集最小控制风速和罩口截面积,可计算最小排风量。最小吸气压力必须满足漆雾粒子达到最大竖直位移前,水平位移大于罩口至喷涂表面的距离。最小排风量和最小吸气压力,与罩口内外层间距、以及罩口与修船表面间距有关,在进行设计计算时,要考虑一定的安全系数,还应考虑室外横向风的影响,保证收集罩具有足够的漆雾捕集效率。
In view of the excessive painting mist and organic waste gas produced by the outdoor spraying operation on the repairing ship surface,the design calculation of a kind of collecting hood was discussed.The force of paint mist particles on repairing ship surface was analyzed by theoretical method,including the gravity,suction and flow resistance.The minimum suction pressure was determined by the minimum horizontal acceleration,and the minimum exhaust air volume was calculated by the minimum control wind speed and the cross-sectional area of the hood.The minimum suction pressure should meet the requirement that the horizontal displacement is greater than the distance from hoods to spraying surfaces before the paint mist particles reach the maximum vertical displacement.The minimum exhaust air volume and the minimum suction pressure were related to the distance between the inner and outer layers of hood openings as well as the distance between the hood openings and the ship repairing surfaces.A certain safety factor should be considered in the design calculation.The influence of outdoor transverse wind should also be considered to ensure that the collecting hoods has sufficient paint mist collecting efficiency.
