摘要 利用高压加氢工艺生产的润滑油基础油品质更加优良,硫氮含量低、芳烃含量低,还具有粘度指数高、低温流动性好的优势,通过高压加氢还可减少“三废”,进一步提升润滑油品质。企业生产高端润滑油的同时,还可以同步生产石脑油、航煤、柴油等,既环保又节能。文章分析了高压加氢润滑油基础油生产工艺,并对产品性能进行了探讨研究。 The lubricating base oil produced by the high-pressure hydrogenation process has better quality,low sulfur and nitrogen content,low aromatics content,and has the advantages of high viscosity index and good low-temperature fluidity.High-pressure hydrogenation can also reduce“three wastes”and further improve Lubricant quality.While producing high-end lubricants,enterprises can also produce naphtha,jet fuel,diesel,etc.simultaneously,which is both environmentally friendly and energy-saving.This paper analyzes the production process of high-pressure hydrogenated lubricating base oil and discusses the product performance.
