丹尼尔先导式水击泄压阀阀芯拆装工具的研制

Development of Disassembly and Assembly Tool for Daniel Pilot Water Hammer Relief Valve Core

水击泄压阀防止水击损坏管道,在保证管道安全平稳运行方面发挥了重要作用。文章通过研制一种丹尼尔水击泄压阀阀芯拆装工具的方式,解决了水击泄压阀维修过程中密封组套由于工具精度不够造成的损伤,大大提高了丹尼尔水击泄压阀维修作业成功率。

The water hammer relief valve prevents water hammer from damaging the pipeline and plays an important role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipeline.In this paper,the author developed a kind of assembly and disassembly tool for Daniel water hammer relief valve core,which solved the damage caused by insufficient tool accuracy in the maintenance process of water hammer relief valve,and greatly improved the success rate of Daniel water hammer relief valve maintenance.
