高职院校亲师互动协同育人现状与策略研究——来自江西财经职业学院的实践

摘要 伴随着高职院校教育理念的更新与发展,亲师互动协同育人已成为一种教育共识。家长和教师作为学生成长过程中的重要他人,在帮助学生成长的过程中必须通力配合、互为补充,只有当两者产生良好的"化学反应"时,才能更好地促进家庭教育和学校教育的渗透与融合,形成合力,充分发挥育人作用。从亲师互动角度入手,通过对江西财经职业学院的亲师互动数据的调查研究,着重分析了高职院校亲师互动协同育人的现状和构建策略。 With the update and development of higher vocational college education concept,parent-teacher interaction and collaborative education has become an educational consensus.Parents and teachers,as significant others in the growth of students,must cooperate and complement each other in the process of helping students grow.Only when they produce a good"chemical reaction",can they better promote the penetration and integration of family education and school education,form a joint force,and give full play to the role of educating people.From the perspective of parent-teacher interaction,through the investigation and study of parent-teacher interaction data in Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economics,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation and construction strategies of parent-teacher interaction and collaborative education in vocational colleges.
