供给侧改革背景下高职院校专业设置与产业结构契合度分析——以唐山为例

Analysis on the Coincidence Degree Between Specialty Setting and Industrial Structure in Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background of Supply-Side Reform --A Case Study of Tangshan City

职业教育专业设置与产业结构息息相关,通过对近年来唐山高职院校专业设置与产业结构契合度进行分析,提出高职院校要从完善专业动态调整机制、改善粗狂式培养模式、拓展开放共享育人方式、探索校企双元育人等方面改革的建议,让提高人才培养质量成为教育供给侧改革背景下提高高职院校专业设置与产业结构契合度的新基点。

The major setting of vocational education is closely related to the industrial structure.This paper analyzes the coincidence degree between the specialty setting and the industrial structure of Tangshan Higher Vocational Colleges in recent years.And puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the dynamic adjustment mechanism of specialties,improve the rough training mode,expand the open and shared education mode,and explore the dual education of colleges and enterprises.To improve the quality of personnel training becomes a new starting point to improve the coincidence degree between specialty setting and industrial structure in higher vocational colleges under the background of Education supply-side reform.
