摘要
目的:对提取盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的甲苯溶剂法进行实验改进。方法:对麻黄的粉碎粒度,提取温度、萃取溶剂、分离方法、展开剂、鉴定方法等进行优化。结果:改进后,麻黄粉碎过30目筛,80~90℃热水提取,抽滤,氯仿萃取,碘和茚三酮检识。结论:改进后的实验过程合理,现象明显,增进学生的实验兴趣,培养实验能力,有效地提高教学质量。
Objective Improvement on toluene solvent experiments for extraction ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride from Ephedra Sinica Stapf.Method The particle size,extraction temperature,extraction solvent,developing agent and identification method of E.sinica were optimized.Result After the improvement,E.sinica was smashed through 30 mesh sieve,hot water extraction at 80-90℃,suction filtration,chloroform extraction,iodine and ninhydrin detection,the experimental results were obvious.Conclusion The phenomena of experiment teaching is obvious,the students interest in experiment were enhanced,and the teaching effect were improved.
