as a common digestive disease,gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)has a complicated pathogenesis.Modern medicine is still in the stage of research and exploration on the pathogenesis of this disease,and the treatment means are limited and easy to relapse,while traditional Chinese medicine through the use of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,cupping,massage,water needle and other treatment means,with western medicine related treatment methods,the treatment of this disease is of great help.Therefore,the recent situation of TCM and western medicine diagnosis and treatment as well as related literature in recent years were summarized,in order to have a clearer understanding of the diagnosis and treatment status of this disease,so as to better serve the clinic.
