天癸散联合脉冲磁场治疗仪治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床观察

To Observe the Efficacy of Senile Osteoporosis with TianGui Powder Combined with Pulsed Magnetic Field Therapy Instrument

目的:观察天癸散联合脉冲磁场治疗仪治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取80例老年性骨质疏松症患者随机分为观察组及对照组。对照组行钙尔奇D片、阿法骨化醇软胶囊及脉冲磁场治疗仪治疗,观察组在此基础上加用天癸散敷脐治疗,统计分析治疗前后两组中医证侯积分、VAS评分、骨密度(BMD)、骨代谢指标Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(P1NP)、β胶原特殊序列(β-CTX)的变化,并观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗结束后,与对照组相比,观察组的中医证侯积分、BMD、P1NP提升的较明显,临床疗效升高,VAS评分、β-CTX下降较显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天癸散联合脉冲磁场治疗仪治疗可显著缓解老年性骨质疏松症患者的临床症状,提高骨密度,改善骨代谢。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating senile osteoporosis with TianGui powder combined with pulsed magnetic field therapy instrument.M xperimental group was treated with TianGui powder combined with pulsed magnetic field therapy instrument,and the control group was treated with pulsed magnetic field therapy instrument.The course of treatment was 6 months.Before and after treatment,the changes of TCM symptom score,VAS score,bone mineral density(BMD),procollagen type 1 N-peptide(P1NP)andβcollagen specific sequence(β-CTX)were analyzed.At the same time,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared after the treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the TCM symptom score,BMD,P1NP and the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group were increased significantly,while VAS score andβ-CTX were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TianGui powder combined with pulsed magnetic field therapy instrument can significantly relieve alleviate the clinical symptoms of senile osteoporosis patients,increase bone density and improve bone metabolism markers.
