四甲基二硅氮烷的合成及饱和蒸汽压数据的测定与关联

摘要 以二甲基氯硅烷为原料,低温下与氨气反应生成四甲基二硅氮烷,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对产物结构进行了确认.利用斜式沸点仪测定了四甲基二硅氮烷在绝压10~100 kPa之间的沸点数据,采用Antoine方程和Clarke-Glew方程分别对饱和蒸气压数据进行了加权最小二乘法拟合,得到了四甲基二硅氮烷的Antoine方程参数(A=8.8976,B=1190.70,C=-63.25 K)和Clarke-Glew方程参数(Δg l H 0 m(298.15 K)=36.82 kJ·mol ^-1,Δg l G 0 m(298.15 K)=6.96 kJ·mol^ -1,Δg l C 0 p,m(298.15 K)=-47.53 J·K^-1 mol^-1).利用基团贡献法估算了四甲基二硅氮烷的临界参数,并结合Antoine方程和Clarke-Glew方程参数估算了四甲基二硅氮烷的偏心因子. Tetramethyldisilazane was synthesized by the reaction between dimethylchlorosilane and ammonia at low temperature and its structure was confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The saturated temperature of tetramethyldisilazane at the pressure ranging from 10 to 100 kPa(absolute pressure)was measured by an inclined ebulliometer,and the VLE data were correlated with Antoine and Clarke-Glew equations,respectively.These two equations were evaluated by weighted least squares method with the results of Antoine parameters(A=8.8976,B=1190.70,C=63.25 K)and Clar-Glew parameters(Δg lH 0 m(298.15 K)=36.82 kJ·mol-1,Δg lG 0 m(298.15 K)=6.96 kJ·mol-1,Δg lC 0 p,m(298.15 K)=47.53 J·K-1 mol-1),respectively.The critical parameters of tetramethyldisilazane were estimated by the group contribution method,with the combination of either Antoine equation or the Clarke-Glew equation,the eccentricity factor of tetramethyldisilazane was further estimated.
