摘要
构建在线政民互动平台是“数字政府”时代发展的必然趋势,也是促进服务型政府建设的必要手段。通过对社交类互动平台、网络问政平台、网络论坛三类典型的在线政民互动平台的共性和个性功能进行分析比较,从互动主体、互动平台、互动环境三方面进行策略分析,提出了健全互动主体、平台、环境三个环节维度,以期对提升在线政民互动平台的实际效能提供理论借鉴。
The construction of an online political-civilian interactive platform is an inevitable trend in the development of the“digital government”era,and it is also a necessary means for the transformation of a service-oriented government.Through the analysis and comparison of the commonality and individual functions of three typical online political-civilian interactive platforms,social interactive platforms,online political inquiry platforms,and online forums,strategic thinking is carried out from the three aspects of interactive subjects,interactive platforms,and interactive environments,in order to improve The actual effectiveness of the online political-civilian interactive platform provides theoretical reference.
