摘要
通过水热法和柠檬酸辅热法合成了4种不同形貌的氧化锌材料。通过XRD(X射线衍射)、SEM(扫描电镜)、FTIR(傅里叶变换红外光谱)、BET(BET比表面积测试)对产物的结构和形貌进行表征和分析,并通过TG以及垂直燃烧测试研究了材料的热稳定性能及其负载在WPU上的阻燃性能,结果表明:复合小石状氧化锌的WPU复合材料的燃烧时间相比纯WPU材料缩短了21.9%,并且具有一定的自熄性能,同时其力学性能在断裂伸长率上相对其他形貌氧化锌的降低要小,为43%,但拉伸强度增强了11.4%。
Four kinds of zinc oxide materials with different morphologies were synthesized by hydrothermal method and citric acid auxiliary thermal method. The structure and morphology of the product were characterized and analyzed by XRD(Diffraction of X-rays), SEM(Scanning electron microscope), FTIR(Fourier transform infrared reflection), and BET(BET specific area test). The thermal stability of the material and its load on the WPU flame retardant properties were researched through TG and vertical combustion test. The results show that the combustion time of the WPU composite material with composite small stone zinc oxide is shortened by 21.9% compared with the pure WPU material, and has a certain self-stalling performance, while the mechanical properties are lower edgtosis in fracture elongation compared with other forms of zinc oxide, which is 43%, but the tensile strength is increased by 11.4%.
