Assessment of barrier-free environment in Beijing core area

本文从无障碍设施空间管理模式入手,分析了国内外无障碍环境研究现状,以北京市核心区公园广场为例进行评估。首先构建了无障碍服务指数,模型引入了经济学"边际效应理论",另外对无障碍设施进行空间自相关分析,为城市公共基础设施建设提供了新思维。

Starting with the spatial management mode of access facilities,this paper analyses the current research situation of barrier-free environment at home and abroad,and evaluates the barrier-free environment of a park in central Beijing as an example.Firstly,the barrier-free service index is constructed,and the marginal effect theory of economics is introduced into the model.In addition,the spatial autocorrelation analysis of barrier-free facilities provides a new thinking for urban public infrastructure construction.
