新型冠状病毒肺炎病例恢复期多种标本核酸检测结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎病人恢复期多种类型标本新型冠状病毒核酸检测情况。方法收集2020年1月至3月濮阳市恢复期新型冠状病毒肺炎病例的咽拭子、鼻拭子、痰液、血清、粪便和肛拭子标本,运用实时荧光RT-PCR方法进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测。结果共采集17例新型冠状病毒肺炎病例恢复期标本268份,6类标本除血清外均有阳性检出。鼻拭子标本病毒核酸检测阳性率虽高于咽拭子,但差异无统计学意义(x2=2.500,P>0.05)。17个病例中9个病例恢复期标本新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性。3个病例呼吸道标本病毒核酸转阴后肠道标本检出核酸阳性。17个病例出院后有5例复阳,其中4例在集中隔离期复阳,1例在居家隔离期复阳。结论恢复期新型冠状病毒肺炎病例的咽拭子、鼻拭子、痰液、粪便和肛拭子标本可检出新型冠状病毒核酸,建议优先采集鼻拭子进行检测。新型冠状病毒肺炎病例出院后需定期随访检测。 Objective To understand the nucleic acid detection results of different types of specimens from convalescent patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods The pharyngeal swabs,nasal swabs,sputum,serum,feces and anal swabs were collected from convalescent COVID-19 patients in Puyang from January to March 2020,and real-time RT-PCR was used to detect the nucleic acid of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Results A total of 268 specimens were collected from 17 convalescent COVID-19 patients,positive results were found in the five types of specimens except for serum samples.The detection rate in nasal swabs was higher than that in pharyngeal swabs,no significant difference between the two types of samples was found(x2=2.500,P>0.05).For the 17 convalescent patients,nucleic acid of SARS-CoV-2 were detected positive in 9 cases.The fecal specimens of three cases was detected positive after the nucleic acid turned negative in respiratory tract specimens.Five of the 17 patients were detected positive again after discharge,of which 4 turned positive in the centralized quarantine period and 1 during the quarantine at home.Conclusions The nucleic acid of SARS-CoV-2 can be detected in the throat swabs,nasal swabs,sputum,feces and anal swabs from convalescent COVID-19 patients,and the nasal swabs should be collected in priority.The COVID-19 cases should be followed up and detected regularly after discharge.
