成都市国产轮状病毒疫苗接种情况分析 被引量:2

Vaccination status of domestic rotavirus vaccine in Chengdu city

摘要 目的了解成都市儿童国产轮状病毒疫苗接种情况,为优化我国轮状病毒疫苗接种策略提供科学依据。方法导出成都市"免疫规划信息管理系统"中登记在册的所有2012—2016年出生儿童接种信息,应用Excel 2013和SPSS 17.0进行描述性统计分析。结果2012—2016年出生儿童国产轮状疫苗首剂次接种率38.21%(461729/1208482)。2012—2016年出生儿童共计接种672037剂次,其中男女性别比例1.062:1,城区接种百分比最高(309742/672037,46.09%)。首剂次接种百分比最高,占所有接种剂次的68.71%(461729/672037),第2剂、第3剂和第4剂分别占26.17%(175853/672037)、5.04%(22854/672037)和0.09%(601/672037)。首剂及时(2~6月龄)接种率仅7.67%(92748/1208482),首剂次接种高峰年龄为5~15月龄,第2剂、第3剂和第4剂接种年龄中位数分别为25月龄、34月龄和42月龄,各剂接种间隔多数为12个月。接种时间有明显季节规律,春夏季(3-8月)为接种高峰期。结论成都市LLR接种率偏低,接种月龄偏大,对比其他种类口服轮状疫苗接种程序以及国内外专业意见,建议细化LLR(Lanzhou institute of biological products)免疫程序,以保证其接种的及时性和完整性。 Objective To analyze vaccination status of the domestic rotavirus vaccine among children in Chengdu city,so as to provide scientific basis for the optimization of rotavirus vaccination strategy in China.Methods The information of all children born from 2012 to 2016 registrated in the Chendu"Children Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS"were collected.Excel 2013 and SPSS 17.0 were used for descriptive epidemiological analysis.Results For the children born from 2012 to 2016,The rate of first innoculation with domestic rotavirus vaccine was 38.21%(461729/1208482)with a total of 672037 doses.The ratio of male to female was 1.062:1.The proportions of the first dose was the highest,accounting for 68.71%of all doses(461729/672037),while the proportion of the second dose,the third dose and the forth dose of rotavirus vaccine were 26.17%(175853/672037),5.04%(22854/672037)and 0.09%(601/672037),respectively.The rate of timely vaccination with the first dose(2 to 6 months after birth)was only 7.67%(92748/1208482).The peak of vaccination with the first dose was 5 to 15 months after birth.The median age of receiving the second dose,the third dose and the forth dose were 25 months,34 months and 42 months after birth,respectively.The time intervals between each dose were mostly 12 months.The vaccination showed clear seasonality and the peak season of vaccination was spring and summer(March to August).Conclusions The vaccination rate of LLR was low in Chengdu city and the age of vaccination was slightly older.Considering the schedules of other oral rotavirus vaccines and professional opinions from domestic and foreign researchers,it is recommended to specify LLR vaccination schedule to maintain timeliness and integrity of the vaccination.
