相容剂HDPE-g-(MAH-co-St)的合成及对HDPE/WF复合材料力学性能和吸水率的影响 被引量:3

Synthesis of the Compatibility Agent HDPE-g-(MAH-co-St) and Its Effect on the Mechanical Performance and Water Absorption Rate of HDPE/WF Composites

摘要 将高密度聚乙烯/木粉(HDPE/WF)复合材料熔融混合后制成,并研究了自合成相容剂高密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐和苯乙烯多单体共聚物(HDPE-g-(MAH-co-St))的含量对HDPE/WF复合材料力学性能和吸水率的影响,并用FTIR、SEM、DMA对其接枝情况、断面形貌、动态力学性能进行表征。同时又与相容剂高密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(HDPE-g-MAH)增容HDPE/WF复合材料的力学性能和吸水率进行对比。结果表明:当HDPE-g-(MAH-co-St)添加量为5份时,HDPE/WF复合材料的力学性能最佳,其中拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量较未添加相容剂时提高了44.62%、29.09%、50.05%、32.65%;较添加5份HDPE-g-MAH增容HDPE/WF复合材料时提高了43.12%、8.06%、64.93%、22.98%。当HDPE-g-(MAH-co-St)添加量为5份时,HDPE/WF复合材料的30天吸水率最佳,较未添加相容剂时提高了68.47%,较添加5份HDPE-g-MAH增容HDPE/WF复合材料时提高了34.63%。 High-density polyethylene/wood flour(HDPE/WF)composites were prepared by melt blend.The effects of selfsynthetic compatibilizer high-density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride and styrene poly-monomer copolymer(HDPEg-(MAH-co-St))content on mechanical properties and water absorption of HDPE/WF composites were studied.FTIR,SEM,and DMA were used to characterize the grafting,cross-section morphology,and dynamic mechanical properties.At the same time,the mechanical properties and water absorption of HDPE/WF composites compatibilized by compatibilizer HDPE-g-MAH were compared.The results showed that when the content of HDPE-g-(MAH-co-St)was 5 phr,HDPE/WF composites had the best mechanical properties.The tensile strength,impact strength,bending strength,and bending modulus of HDPE/WF composites were increased by 44.62%,29.09%,50.05%and 32.65%respectively compared with those without compatibilizer.Compared with the addition of 5 phr of HDPE-g-MAH,the compatibilized HDPE/WF composite increased by 43.12%,8.06%,64.93%and 22.98%.When the content of HDPE-g-(MAH-co-St)was 5 phr,the 30-day water absorption of HDPE/WF composite was the best,which was 68.47%higher than that without compatibilizer and 34.63%higher than that with 5 phr of HDPE-g-MAH.
