复合益生菌对和牛种公牛精液品质及生殖激素的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究复合益生菌对和牛种公牛精液品质及生殖激素的影响。选取年龄四岁、体重相近的纯种和牛种公牛30头,随机分为3组,每组10头牛。试验采用前后自身配对设计,试验前每组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加50、80、100 g/(头·d)的复合菌制剂(有效成分为枯草芽孢杆菌≥1×10^9 CFU/g、酿酒酵母≥1×10^8 CFU/g)。试验前后采集精液进行精液品质测定、采集血样进行血清生殖类激素测定。结果表明:添加复合益生菌后,种公牛的原精液密度、解冻后活力、精液量、原精液活力均高于添加前。50 g/d组的解冻后活力和精液量都极显著提高(P<0.01)。80 g/d组的原精液密度显著提高(P<0.05)。添加复合益生菌后,种公牛的卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)均高于添加前。50 g/d组的E2含量显著提高(P<0.05)。100 g/d组的LH含量显著提高(P<0.05)。说明饲料中添加复合益生菌可显著提高种公牛的精液品质及精液量,并能通过LH等生殖激素的变化提高了精液品质。 The study was designed to explore the effect of compound probiotics on semen quality and reproductive hormone of wagyu cattle bull.304-year-old purebred wagyu cattle bull with similar body weight were selected,and randomly divided into three groups with the cattle bull in each group.Before and after the experiment,the compound probiotics were fed with different feeding amounts in a self control design.Each group was fed with a basal diet before the experiment.In the experiment period,the compound probiotics supplementary was 50,80 and 100 g/(head·d)in three groups,respectively.The active ingredients of compound probiotics were bacillus subtilis≥1×10^9 CFU/g and saccharomyces cerevisiae≥1×10^8 CFU/g,respectively.Semen was collected before and after the experiment and semen quality index was measured.Blood samples were collected and serum reproductive hormone index was measured.The results showed that the fresh semen density,frozen semen vigor,ejaculation volume and fresh semen vigor of the bull were all higher than those before the addition of the compound probiotics.The frozen semen vigor and ejaculation volume of the 50 g/d group were significantly higher than those before the addition(P<0.01).The fresh semen density in group of 80 g/d was significantly higher than that before the addition(P<0.05).After the addition of the compound probiotics,the folliclestimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)of the breed bull were all higher than before the addition,and the E2 in group of 50 g/d group after addition was significantly higher than that before the addition(P<0.05).The LH in group of 100 g/d after addition was significantly higher than that before the addition(P<0.05).The results indicated that the compound probiotics added in the feed could significantly improve the semen quality and ejaculation volume of the bull,and possibly improve the semen quality through the changes of seminal hormones such as LH.
