中草药添加剂对巴美肉羊生长性能及血液生化指标的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine additives on growth performance and blood biochemical indicators of Bamei mutton sheep

试验研究中草药添加剂对巴美肉羊的生长性能及血液生化指标的影响,将30只体重相近的2月龄巴美肉羊(♂)随机分为试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)和对照组,每组10只。Ⅰ组在基础日粮中添加1%中草药添加剂,Ⅱ组添加2%中草药添加剂,对照组饲喂基础日粮,饲喂16周后进行生长性能及血液生化指标测定。结果表明:Ⅱ组平均总增重和平均日增重与Ⅰ组、对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组料肉比与Ⅰ组差异不显著(P>0.05),但与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。Ⅱ组肉羊血液中的碱性磷酸酶、总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),含量分别增加了19.20%、8.80%、7.37%、10.27%。Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组血液中碱性磷酸酶、白蛋白含量差异显著(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加2%中草药添加剂能够有效促进巴美肉羊生长发育,提高机体免疫力。

The experiment was to study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine additives growth performance and blood biochemical indicators to Bamei Mutton Sheep,in which 30 two-month mutton sheep with similar weight(♂)were randomly divided into test groupⅠ,test groupⅡand control group,with ten sheep in each group.Under the same breeding condition,1%Chinese herbal medicine additives were added in the basic diet in groupⅠ,2%in groupⅡ,while based diet in the control group.Growth performance and blood biochemical indicators determination was implemented after 16 weeks.The results showed that the average total weight gain and average daily weight gain of groupⅡwere obviously distinctive compared with groupⅠand the control group(P<0.05).While feed conversion ratio of groupⅡwas not so distinctive compared with groupⅠ(P>0.05),but obviously distinctive compared with the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the phosphatase,total protein,globulin and albumin in the blood of groupⅡwere obviously distinctive(P<0.05),in which the content increased by 19.20%,8.80%,7.37%and 10.27%respectively.The phosphatase,albumin levels were obviously distinctive in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05).Studies showed that adding 2%Chinese herbal medicine in the diet could effectively promote the growth and the body immunity of Bamei mutton sheep.
