工程认证背景下电气专业英语的教学改革

Teaching Reform on Specialized English for Electrical Engineering on the Background of Engineering Education Certification

本文对标工程教育认证的毕业要求,针对目前国内高校专业英语教学中普遍存在的一些问题,以电气专业英语课程为例,基于“以学生为本”的原则,在教学内容、师资选拔、课堂教学模式、考核方式等方面进行了教学改革探索,以提升学生的专业英语综合实践应用能力,促进其国际化人才培养质量的提高。多年教学实践表明,学生学习专业英语的积极性与主动性得以充分调动,教学质量得到提升。

Contraposing problems present in teaching specialized English in domestic universities,this paper introduces the exploration of reform on teaching specialized English for electrical engineering in order to improve students’comprehensive abilities of specialized English and promote the cultivation quality of international talents.Based on the student-oriented principle,the reform practice is carried out on the aspects of teaching contents,selection of teachers,teaching mode and evaluation methods on the background of engineering education certification.Years of teaching practice demonstrates that the proposed reform measures fully mobilize students’enthusiasm and initiative toward the study of specialized English,acquiring good teaching effect.
