摘要
针对某项目高性能、高功率滤波器的需求,设计了一种L波段带通腔体滤波器。介绍了滤波器设计软件CoupleFil和高频电磁仿真软件HFSS相结合的详细设计及仿真的方法。为了缩小滤波器尺寸,仿真设计中应用了电容加载耦合,最终得出所需求的插入损耗小、带外抑制高、承受功率大的滤波器结构模型。按该模型生产的滤波器经调试测试得到的实测性能与仿真性能吻合度较好,实现了预期设计目标。
In response to the needs of a high performance high-power filter for a project,an L-band bandpass cavity filter is designed.The detailed design and simulation method is introduced via the filter design software CoupleFil and the high-frequency electromagnetic simulation software HFSS.In order to reduce the size of the filter,the capacitive loading coupling is applied in the simulation design,and finally the required structural model of the filter is obtained with small insertion loss,high out-of-band rejection,and high power.The filter produced according to this model has been debugged and tested,and the actual performance is in good agreement with the simulation one,achieving the expected design objective.
