摘要
选用AZ63镁合金为基体材料,通过合金化制备、固溶处理、硬度测试分析和光学金相显微分析(OM)等测试分析方法,研究了不同的固溶处理温度对加1.0、2.0Ca AZ63的显微组织和硬度影响。研究结果表明:AZ63合金中加入Ca之后,可以细化晶粒,增加硬度,当Ca的含量在2.0时的硬度值最高,固溶处理之后的硬度值均下降,在390℃时固溶处理后硬度较铸态组织降低的最多,塑性较好,加之晶粒相对较细,从而确定390℃为最佳固溶处理温度。
In this paper,AZ63 magnesium alloy is selected as the matrix material.The influence of different solution treatment temperature on the microstructure and hardness of AZ63 with 1.0 and 2.0 Ca is studied by means of alloying preparation,solution treatment,hardness test and optical metallographic analysis.The results show that after adding Ca into AZ63 alloy,the grain size can be refined and the hardness can be increased.When the content of Ca is 2.0,the hardness is the highest,and the hardness after solution treatment decreases.When the temperature is 390℃,the hardness decreases the most,and the plasticity is better.Therefore,390℃is the best solution treatment temperature.
