摘要
通过对韶钢棒二冷剪主轴咬死轴瓦拔出力的计算实例,提出主轴咬死轴瓦拔出力由过盈配合压出力和轴瓦表面撕脱(或咬死)粘着磨损产生的阻力两部分组成,后者等于轴瓦材料的屈服强度乘以发生撕脱(或咬死)粘着磨损的面积。
This article calculated the pull-out force for the bearing bush stuck by the main axle of the cold shear of the second bar plant of Shaogang.It was put forward that the pull-out force consists of the press-out force for the interference fits and the resistance from tearing(or sticking)adhesive wear in the surface of the bearing bush,and the later is equal to yield strength of the bearing bush multiplied by the area of tearing(or sticking)adhesive wear.
