摘要
目的比较3种修复方法在磨牙邻(牙合)面洞修复中微渗漏的差异,为临床中磨牙邻(牙合)面洞修复方式的选择提供依据。方法收集2019年1—3月在沈阳奥新全民口腔医院因正畸拔除的健康前磨牙30颗,并将其随机分为3组,每组各10颗。以选择性酸蚀技术处理牙体组织。A组采用流体树脂+复合树脂+Icon渗透树脂充填修复,B组采用流体树脂+复合树脂充填修复,C组采用复合树脂充填修复。经人工老化实验后制作磨片,在体视显微镜及扫描电子显微镜下分别观察并比较3组实验牙染料渗透深度及牙体与材料之间的裂隙宽度。结果在体视显微镜下,各组实验牙的染色深度由浅到深依次为A组、B组、C组,组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在扫描电子显微镜观察下,各组实验牙的牙体组织与充填材料的裂隙宽度由小到大依次为A组、B组、C组,组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论渗透树脂可渗入到已充填的树脂与牙体组织之间,能够减少树脂与牙体组织存在的裂隙宽度,从而减少边缘微渗漏现象的发生。
Objective To compare the difference of microleakage among three methods in the restoration of the occlusal cavity of molars,and to provide the basis for the selection of the methods in clinic.Methods A total of 30 healthy premolars were collected in Shenyang in March 2019,and were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 teeth in each group.The tooth tissue was treated by selective acid etching.Group A of teeth were filled with fluid resin+composite resin+Icon osmotic resin filling repair,Group B of teeth were filled with fluid resin+composite resin filling repair,and Group C of teeth were filled with composite resin filling repair.The depth of dye penetration and the width of crack between tooth and material were observed under stereomicroscope and scanning electron microscope among the 3 groups,respectively.Results Under the stereomicroscope,the staining depth of the experimental teeth in each group was Group A<Group B<Group C,an d the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Under the scanning electron m icroscope,the fracture width of the experimental teeth and the filling materials in each group was Group A<Group B<Group C,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The infiltrating resin can penetrate into the filled resin and the tooth tissue,and reduce the crack width between the resin and the tooth tissue.So as to reduce the occurrence of edge microleakage.
